Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Our services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Dutch Financial Markets Authority (AFM) and other relevant regulatory bodies.
